SERVICE ONE

From a single lunch-and-learn to a quarterly series, every session is built around your team's goals, and the challenges in front of them.

Lunch-and-Learn

Tight and focused, with one clear takeaway your team can use that afternoon.

Half-Day / 3-Hour Workshop

Interactive and discussion-based. Time to practice a new skill together and leave with a plan to use it.

Full-Day Workshop

For a deeper topic or a team offsite. Custom agenda built around your team's goals.

Multi-Week / Quarterly Series

A series gives your team time to practice between sessions, so new habits stick.

SERVICE TWO

A sustained program for a leadership challenge that a single workshop can't fix. Every engagement is customized; however, most follow the same general shape which has proven successful time and time again.

01
Discovery PhaseAn assessment of your team's leadership challenges.
02
Foundation SessionsGroup workshops establishing shared frameworks and language.
03
Application CohortsSmaller group or one-on-one sessions applying content to real leadership situations.
04
Assessment IntegrationELI and/or CliftonStrengths to build individual self-awareness.
05
Accountability StructuresBuilt-in check-ins and milestones over the program period.

Programs typically run three to six months, depending on scope and team size.

Beneficial in Scenarios With:

Leadership team burning out

Senior leaders operating in crisis mode, trickling down to the team.

Retention risk

High performers leaving. Suspected manager problem, not a comp problem.

New manager cohort

Great individual contributors promoted into management, needing a structured foundation.

Meet Your Trainer

Coach Jenn Masse in a sleeveless dress is sitting on a gray couch, writing in a notebook with a blue pen. She has light brown hair and is smiling slightly. The background includes a dark wooden wall and a modern blue wall with geometric designs.

I'm Jenn Masse, an ICF-Certified (PCC) leadership coach, trainer, and facilitator based in Central Oregon, working virtually and in person with leaders across the U.S. and Canada.

I work with leadership teams the same way I work with individual clients. I am personable, direct, curious, and genuinely invested in what's actually happening on your team right now. If the room needs something different from what's on the agenda, I adjust in the moment so we still reach the outcomes you brought me in for.

Every workshop and program uses the assessments and frameworks from my one-on-one coaching, including Mindset + Energy = Impact, Energy Leadership, CliftonStrengths, Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead framework, and IOSM’s Organizational Mindfulness Program. The difference is scale: we build shared language, trust, and communication habits across the whole team.

Credentials: PCC (ICF) · iPEC Certified Professional Coach · IOSM Certified Teaching Partner · Dare to Lead Trained.
