I purposely kept this organizer simple. When we're feeling stressed and overwhelmed, it's hard to think outside of the box. Ultimately, this tool will help you capture everything on your plate, from your to-do lists to the endless meetings that are sitting on your calendar, and then, empower you to objectively assess which column the task belongs in, and if you're the right person to do the task.
Notice I said "right," not "best!" While you might be able to do a task better or faster, that doesn't mean you're the right person for the job. It's kind of like that "teach a man to fish" analogy. While there might be an initial uptick in energy to train team members to a point that you can confidently delegate work, this organizer will help you start to pressure test which tasks you need to do, and which tasks you should allow others to complete.
